Two meat products produced in the United States have been recalled because they contain known allergens that are not declared on the product label.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced on Friday that Interbay Food Company, LLC, based in Woodinville, Washington, is recalling approximately 4,820 pounds of pork banger-style sausage products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen.

"British Style Bangers" sold under the brand name "The British Pantry Ltd." were produced using breadcrumbs that came from a vendor who listed wheat, soy and milk on the label. Although the label for the sausages said that they contain wheat and soy, it did not list milk as an ingredient, the FSIS said. The affected products were produced on March 17, March 24, May 5, June 2, June 30, July 15, July 29, August 26 and September 8, 2014. Production dates are stated on the products as a package code.

In a separate case, Jerky By Art, based in Albuquerque, N.M., is recalling an undetermined amount of beef jerky products. The bags of Claude's Beef Jerky with Red Chile contain wheat and anchovies, known allergens that are not declared on the product label. In addition, they were produced without the benefit of inspection, the FSIS said. All products of this type that were produced prior to September 12, 2014 are being recalled.

There have been no reports of adverse reactions associated with consumption of the recalled products.
