Bella fluidized zone mixer achieves fast, high-capacity, low-shear, precision mixing of either dry bulk solids or liquids with solids. Mixer uses a fast, efficient and gentle mixing action, with typical mixing times of 60 seconds or less regardless of the material’s particle size, particle shape or bulk density. Unit’s low-speed, counter-rotating shafts create a weightless zone that generates low friction without shear, making the mixer ideal for fragile materials including flakes or spray-dried particles. Bella XN mixer includes twin bomb-bay door openings for fast, efficient material discharge and minimal segregation during discharge. Mixer is available in stainless steel for sanitary applications and in custom sizes, finishes and materials of construction upon request.
