METTLER TOLEDO Product Inspection Group will exhibit a range of product inspection technologies at Pack Expo East, held Feb. 17–19 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The company will be located in booth 900.

According to METTLER TOLEDO, the exhibit will feature x-ray inspection, metal detection, checkweighing, and vision inspection technologies designed to help processors and packers improve product safety, protect package quality, and support regulatory compliance while operating efficiently.

The company will showcase its CV35 combination checkweigher and vision inspection system, part of a flexible portfolio that allows customers to pair different inspection technologies to meet specific application requirements. Combination systems are available in multiple configurations, including solutions that integrate checkweighing, vision inspection, x-ray inspection, and metal detection.

Also on display will be the X12 x-ray inspection system, designed for small and medium-sized products and packages. METTLER TOLEDO reports that the system detects contaminants such as glass and metal while also performing product integrity checks, including verifying correct product placement.

The exhibit will include the M31R metal detector mounted on a simplified conveyor system for inspecting dry, wet, and frozen products. Featuring the company’s SENSE software, the system is designed to improve detection sensitivity while reducing false rejects in a compact footprint.

METTLER TOLEDO will demonstrate its ProdX data management software alongside the inspection equipment. The software enables remote monitoring and centralized data collection to help support documentation requirements and provide visibility into inspection performance.

In addition to its booth exhibit, METTLER TOLEDO will participate in Pack Expo East’s Innovation Stage programming. JP Perreault, head of METTLER TOLEDO X-Ray Reclaim, will present on how advanced x-ray technology improves detection of low-density contaminants and how re-inspection services can help reduce supply chain disruption. The seminar will take place Wednesday, Feb. 18, from 3 to 3:30 p.m. on Innovation Stage 1 at booth 759.
