Dynamic Motion Group expands metal fabrication with Versatile Fabrication acquisition

Dynamic Motion Group announced the acquisition of Versatile Fabrication Company, Inc., a metal fabrication firm based in Muskegon, Michigan, along with the reorganization of Dynamic Conveyor Corporation, a conveyor design and manufacturing company.

According to Dynamic Motion Group, the acquisition expands the group’s capabilities across automation, material handling, metal fabrication, and industrial services. Versatile Fabrication is known for custom heavy industrial fabrication, high-volume precision production work, and field services serving industries such as industrial automation, material handling, food and beverage, foundry, marine, and commercial construction.

The combination creates a broader portfolio of integrated solutions designed to support customers from concept through project completion. Dynamic Motion Group stated that aligning the two businesses allows for shared expertise and a more streamlined approach to serving overlapping customer bases.

Jordan Musselman, founder and president of Dynamic Motion Group, said the acquisition brings together two companies with shared values and reputations as adaptable, customer-focused partners. He noted that the alignment strengthens collective capabilities and improves operational efficiency.

Versatile Fabrication and Dynamic Conveyor Corporation will continue to operate independently from their respective facilities in the Muskegon area. Dynamic Motion Group will provide strategic leadership, shared resources, and capital investment as it continues to grow its industrial solutions platform and support expansion within each company’s core markets.
