Smith & Loveless expands Oklahoma fabrication facility by 27,200 square feet

Eastern Oklahoma Fabrication has expanded its Cameron facility to support growing demand from water, mining, and energy customers.

Smith & Loveless Inc. has announced a 27,200-square-foot expansion of its wholly owned affiliate, Eastern Oklahoma Fabrication LLC (EOF), at the company’s facility in Cameron, Oklahoma.

The investment more than doubles EOF’s fabrication footprint and increases Smith & Loveless’ total U.S. manufacturing operations to more than 175,000 square feet. The expansion is intended to support growing demand for fabrication services in the water, mining, petrochemical, oil, and gas industries.

According to Smith & Loveless, the additional capacity will strengthen EOF’s ability to manufacture pressure vessels, skid packages, custom industrial components, and other large-scale fabricated equipment. The expansion includes upgraded production lines and larger staging areas that will allow the facility to manage more complex assemblies and larger-diameter tanks.

Frank Rebori, President of Smith & Loveless Inc., said the project expands the company’s manufacturing capacity and supports faster response times for water and wastewater infrastructure customers. He noted that the added space increases the company’s ability to deliver large-scale projects manufactured in the United States.

Eastern Oklahoma Fabrication maintains American Society of Mechanical Engineers certifications, including “U,” “UM,” and “S” certificates, along with a National Board “R” stamp. The facility performs fabrication processes such as 5-axis CNC plasma cutting and submerged arc welding for industrial applications.

Ray Finchum, President of Eastern Oklahoma Fabrication, said the expansion will improve efficiency, accommodate larger projects, and enhance service for customers in the petrochemical and energy sectors. He added that the facility’s expertise in carbon steel, stainless steel, and ASME-certified pressure vessel fabrication positions the company to support increasingly complex industrial requirements.

The expansion further integrates EOF’s industrial fabrication capabilities with Smith & Loveless’ engineering and manufacturing operations serving the wastewater treatment, pumping, and particle separation markets.
