IntelliAM AI has launched an end-to-end industrial intelligence platform developed in collaboration with SKF that uses agentic artificial intelligence to help manufacturers improve operational decision-making and extend the effectiveness of limited engineering resources.

According to IntelliAM AI, the platform delivered a 215% improvement in mean time between failures during a 12-month live trial at a site operated by European dairy manufacturer Müller.

The company said the launch comes as manufacturers continue to face growing labor shortages and increasing demand for experienced technical personnel. Rather than replacing workers, the platform is designed to capture manufacturing expertise, interpret production data, and provide recommendations or initiate operational actions that help plant teams respond more quickly and consistently.

The Industrial Intelligence Platform combines three integrated technologies. IntelliAM 53 collects and prepares industrial data, Decipher analyzes production and operational performance, and Enigma applies agentic artificial intelligence to recommend or trigger actions based on real-time operating conditions.

According to IntelliAM AI, the platform processes more than 16 billion industrial data points each year and was developed using more than a decade of factory-floor experience through deployments with leading manufacturers, including Müller, alongside engineering company SKF.

The company introduced the platform during an event at the London Stock Exchange, where customer representatives discussed results from live manufacturing deployments. IntelliAM AI said it already works with half of the world's top 12 food and beverage manufacturers.

Tom Clayton, chief executive officer of IntelliAM AI, said manufacturers face a decision-making challenge rather than a lack of data and that agentic artificial intelligence can convert trusted industrial information into improved operational performance. He added that the new platform is designed to help manufacturers maximize scarce engineering expertise while improving factory performance.
