The updated software includes support for NFPA 497 and 499 and IEC 60079-10-1 and 60079-10-2 standards. New capabilities include custom contours, three-dimensional contour viewing, AutoCAD or image tile integration, and use of the Design Institute for Physical Properties (DIPPR) database.

BakerRisk said the updated software can help engineering teams reduce rework while improving project timeliness and controlling costs. The system is also designed to support hazardous area classification for flammable materials and combustible dusts.
