InterTechDevelopment Company”s S3085 real-time monitoring software is designedto optimize test times and isolate problems in leak-testingapplications. The software helps provide users with the means to showreal-time traces of how their test instrumentation transducers areperforming versus actual cycle times. The software enables datatransfer between a PC and test instrumentation and can display testrecords from up to eight InterTech M-10×5 test instruments. It has thefacility to automatically calculate R&R percentages based on thenumber of trials performed.  All data can be saved in a MicrosoftExcel spread sheet file format, facilitating SPC analyses. Data canalso be viewed on a monitor including data, shift, channel, and teststatus.
