Wanner Engineering’sVector 3005 peristaltic pumps feature a lubricant-filled cavity for constantlubrication and are capable of continuous-duty pumping of harsh liquidsat up to 200 PSI. The pumps’ “roller-and-shoe” design requires less starting torque and creates lessabrasion than typical straight-shoe designs. As a result, they areeasier on motor/drive systems while providing increased hose life. Pumps are available in a wide range of configurations andflows and can handle fluids with viscosities up to 100,000 CPS attemperatures up to 180 F (82 C). They can also handle solids upto 0.6 inches (15mm) and fibers up to four inches (100 mm) inlength.  They are well suited for use in a number of industries,including water and wastewater treatment, chemical and petrochemicalprocessing, pulp and paper, ceramics and mining, among others.
