ParkerInstrumentation”s CCIMS instrument mounting system features anintegrated mounting and manifold block, which enables users to quicklyconnect instruments directly to process piping with a minimum of joints(five), thus reducing the potential for leaks. The mounting systemsupports the direct connection of differential-pressure transmittersand provides a practical solution for “close coupling” theseinstruments. The unit allows pressure transmitters to be mounteddirectly onto an orifice plate assembly in less than 30 minutes, animprovement over hand-crafted assemblies of discrete tubing, joint, andvalve components that can take anywhere from one to three man-days tofabricate.  Once installed, CCIMS also allows instruments to beclipped onto and off the pipe in seconds, easing the maintenanceprocess.
