Fully automatic bulk bag filler is designed for sanitary powder processing and provides economical packaging of a variety of powders. Filler features a highly accurate suspension system for weighing bulk bags and a dust-tight fill head with an inflatable bag seal ring that secures itself around the bag during filling to prevent valuable product leakage. Optional impulse heat sealer provides integrated bag sealing. System fills bulk bags in a critical hygiene zone then uses an overhead trolley to transfer the filled bags to be palletized in a medium hygiene zone.
