ITT Flow Technologies unifies legacy brands following SPX FLOW acquisition
Following ITT Inc.'s acquisition of SPX FLOW Inc., the company's processing equipment brands have transitioned into ITT Flow Technologies, bringing together a broader portfolio of industrial flow technologies, engineering expertise and technical capabilities under a single organization.
The transition includes well-known brands such as APV, Waukesha Cherry-Burrell, Anhydro, Gerstenberg Schröder, Seital, Lightnin, Philadelphia Mixing Solutions, Plenty, Stelzer, Uutechnic, Johnson Pump, Bran+Luebbe and Tigerholm. As part of the transition, these brands are adopting refreshed visual identities that reflect their historical branding while aligning with the ITT Flow Technologies organization.
According to ITT Flow Technologies, the transition is intended to make it easier for customers, channel partners and industry stakeholders to recognize the engineering expertise and product portfolio available across the organization.
The expanded ITT Flow Technologies portfolio also includes Goulds Pumps, Bornemann, Rheinhütte, Svanehøj, Habonim, VIDAR, Engineered Valves, C'Treat and PRO Cast/Services. The combined portfolio spans industrial pumps, valves, mixers, motors, lifecycle services and specialized flow technologies for a range of industrial applications.
ITT Flow Technologies said customers will continue working with the brands and teams they know while gaining access to a broader range of technologies, engineering resources and application expertise. Updated branding will be introduced in phases across the company's website, facilities, product literature, customer communications and social media channels over the coming months.
