HydroGraph launches ready-to-use fractal graphene paste for industrial applications
HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. has commercially launched Fractal Graphene Paste, a pre-dispersed aqueous graphene concentrate designed to simplify the integration of graphene into industrial manufacturing processes and accelerate commercialization across multiple markets.
According to HydroGraph, the new product delivers its high-purity Fractal Graphene in a stable, ready-to-use dispersion that eliminates one of the primary barriers to graphene adoption: achieving consistent dispersion in water-based formulations. Unlike graphene powders, which typically require specialized equipment and high-energy mixing because they tend to agglomerate, Fractal Graphene Paste is designed for use with standard industrial mixing equipment.
The company said the product contains 20% graphene by weight, making it one of the highest-concentration commercially available graphene dispersions. HydroGraph attributes the product's long-term stability and greater than two-year shelf life to its proprietary stabilization technology and ultrafine graphene particle morphology, which helps prevent re-agglomeration during storage and processing.
HydroGraph said the graphene used in the paste is produced using its proprietary Hyperion Reactor technology, providing batch-to-batch consistency and carbon purity of 99.8%.
The company is targeting several industrial applications for the product, including:
- Concrete and construction materials to improve strength and durability.
- Protective and functional coatings to enhance corrosion resistance and barrier performance.
- Thermal management systems, including liquid cooling and thermal interface materials used in data centers and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
- Elastomers and rubber compounds to improve wear resistance, tensile strength, and durability.
According to HydroGraph, more than 30 customers have already received Fractal Graphene Paste samples for evaluation across multiple application areas. The company said its current manufacturing capacity supports research, development, and early commercial production, with plans to increase production as customer demand grows.
The launch expands HydroGraph's product portfolio, which also includes Fractal Graphene powders and Reactive Graphene functionalized materials, giving manufacturers multiple graphene formats based on their processing and application requirements.
