FLUIDIZED ZONE MIXER

Bella twin-shaft fluidized zone mixer features an original design that achieves fast, high-capacity, thorough and precision mixing of either dry bulk solids or liquids with solids. Mixer uses a fast, efficient and gentle mixing action to achieve typical mixing times of 15 to 30 seconds regardless of the material’s particle size, shape or density. System uses low-speed counter-rotating shafts to create a weightless zone in the mixing chamber that generates very low friction without shear. This gentle mixing action makes the mixer ideal for abrasive materials and materials with fragile particles — such as flakes and spray-dried particles. Mixer includes access doors for increased accessibility and easy cleaning and is available in mild- or stainless-steel construction. Many options, sizes, finishes and materials of construction are available upon request.
