Pneumatic blending cone homogeneously blends dry materials in pneumatic transporters or atmospheric bins. Cone is designed with no ledges inside the blending vessel to retain material, allowing for complete material discharge and reducing cross-contamination between batches. Unlike pneumatic blenders, which rely solely upon material fluidization, the blending cone uses a combination of material fluidization and dynamic material movement to ensure proper blending. This design is particularly useful when handling materials that vary in bulk density and particle size.
