(BROOKFIELD, WI — Oct. 3, 2022 — Anderson Process) — Anderson Process, one of the Midwest’s leading suppliers of process equipment and services, has acquired Neil Dornbusch & Associates, a well-established pump distributor and fabrication provider out of New Prague, Minnesota.

Since 1988, Neil Dornbusch & Associates has specialized in providing processing and wastewater equipment for the food processing industry and custom fabrication of processing and screening equipment. They have also focused on providing dewatering, slurry, dust suppression and wash plant pump solutions for the aggregate and mining industries.

The acquisition is being completed to capitalize on complementary product and service offerings between the two companies. This will continue Anderson Process’s initiative of becoming one of the Midwest’s largest dedicated process equipment distributors in both size and reach. Previous strategic acquisitions have greatly increased the company’s presence in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio. The acquisition of Neil Dornbusch & Associates will further the company’s reach and support in the Western segment of the Midwest territory.

“Neil Dornbusch & Associates are very excited to join the Anderson Process family. Anderson Process’s additional premium product lines, engineering team, repair and fabrication capabilities will enhance our ability to serve our customers like never before,” said Scott Dornbusch, Owner of Neil Dornbusch & Associates.

After the Neil Dornbusch & Associates acquisition, Anderson Process will have warehouse and service facilities in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Minnesota. This will provide the physical presence necessary to specify and supply a comprehensive line card of process equipment – including pumps, hoses, filtration and more – to nearly any organization in the Midwest region.

The rollout of the Anderson Process brand to Neil Dornbusch & Associates territory and existing customers will occur over the course of the coming months. Both companies ensure that meeting the needs of current customers, as well future Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota process customers are the driving mission of the new combined organization.
