Cycle lock TS discharge and metering system is designed for use with powdery substances in applications where standard valves cannot be used. Unit discharges and meters material from silos, weighing tanks, filtering systems or bulk bags into downstream production processes such as vacuum reactors, sieving machines, mixers or packaging machines. Cycle lock TS is available in nominal diameters from DN 50 to DN 1,200, and its chamber volume and filling pipe geometry can be adapted to suit the application requirements. Unit’s filling level can be monitored by capacitance sensors or, for relatively simple substances, oscillating rod limit switches. Inlet and outlet valve openings can also be time controlled. Actuation is controlled by a higher-level PLC or optional Ebro control system. Cycle lock TS is gas-tight, ATEX-certified and approved for contact with food.
