Automatic bag tipping unit
The SA VS800 automatic bag tipping unit efficiently discharges 25-kilogram bags of powder, increasing throughput compared to manual bag opening and avoiding manual bag lifting. System automatically slits bags and discharges the powder through a sieve into any downstream process including vacuum or pressure pneumatic conveying and is compliant with hygiene standards and dust explosion regulations. Unit eliminates the manual use of knives, and two-hand buttons protect the operator during the cutting sequence. Unit’s modular design allows the system to be customized to specific needs and creates flexibility for a bespoke layout. Equipment’s sanitary design is suitable for all food powder discharge applications including dairy and nutritional products.
