digital pressure gauge
Crystal by AMETEK STC’s XP2i Digital Pressure Gauge features a special PSV mode designed to test pressure safety and relief valves. Once the valve opens, the XP2i detects the pressure drop and displays the maximum pressure that the gauge ever reached before the drop. This value remains on the display until the technician clears it. Rather than two technicians possibly reporting different values when the analog gauge spikes, with the XP2i, both technicians would write the same value, even to a thousandth of a psi. The XP2i Digital Pressure Gauge features three accuracy levels, 0.1% of reading, 0.05% of full scale, or 0.02% of full scale.

Festo recently introduced the CMSH smart positioner for process valves. This new smart device features HART communication. Because of its high airflow rate, the CMSH is suitable for both large and small actuators in such applications as dosing, mixing and filling. The CMSH offers extensive integrated functions for self-monitoring and diagnostics with clear recommendations for corrective action. The CMSH is user-friendly and simple to operate because of its large and rotatable plain-text display that can be read from various directions. The setup wizard makes it easy to commission. As part of this process, fast or robust control mode can be selected.

The FS10i Flow Meter from FCI is an SIL-2 rated thermal flowmeter offering an economical, easy-to-install solution to measure the flow rate of air and natural gas. Its compact size, plug-in wiring and inline or insertion-style threaded connection into the piping ensure quick, effective installation. The flowmeter requires no additional pressure or temperature sensors or other components to infer flow measurement.
