Volkmann’s ATEX-approved INEX vacuum conveying system takes vacuum transfer of dry or wet powder and granules into potentially hazardous conditions to a new level.

Volkmann’s ATEX-approved INEX vacuum conveying system takes vacuum transfer of dry or wet powder and granules into potentially hazardous conditions to a new level. By using a sophisticated, patent-pending nitrogen purging function, INEX reduces oxygen content within the unloaded batch to below 7 percent (or lower when required), maintaining the material’s inert safety while providing dust-free transport. The INEX features a closed station that can be flushed from within by sucking in the washing liquid or through WIP/CIP. Standard lightweight and pressure-rated systems are available with INEX functionality.
