The SacMaster bulk bag unloader is versatile, safe and designed specifically to include important features and functions identified by bulk bag manufacturers and users in multiple industries. Unit features bag tensioning, hoist or forklift loading, height adjustability and a patented Posi-Flow agitation system, which fluidizes even the most compacted materials. System is suitable for unloading starch, lime, aluminum dioxide, pigments, plastic pellets and a wide range of other bulk materials.
Additional features include the ability to handle up to 4,000-pound bags, a preprogrammed control that requires minimal setup, two agitation and two pivoting paddles for full bag support and emptying and easy integration of feeding and dust containment equipment. Options include load cells for loss-in-weight batching applications, explosion-proof configurations and all stainless-steel construction for meeting sanitary processing requirements.
