Bosch Rexroth will display factory automation technology and manufacturing solutions in Booth #1006 at SPS Atlanta 2025, Sept. 16-18, in Atlanta. The booth will feature interactive exhibits and live demonstrations of working systems, including high-speed smart conveyance, Bosch Rexroth’s complete ctrlX AUTOMATION portfolio and additional technology that provides end-users with efficient solutions.
Among the newest technologies at the booth will be Bosch Rexroth’s ctrlX FLOWHS conveyance solution, which brings flexibility and high speed to manufacturing with maximum precision and reduced space requirements. The transport and positioning system offers impressive acceleration of up to 10G and achieves speeds of up to 5 m/s. The U-shaped design not only ensures optimal routing but also minimizes friction effects. As a result, the maximum speed can be maintained, even in curves.
Also at the booth will be a full-sized trailer that visitors can walk through and interact with a variety of technology, including Bosch Rexroth’s ctrlX CORE, ctrlX SAFETY, ctrlX DRIVE, and more. Attendees can learn about the latest technologies for app-based control architecture, Internet of Things (IoT), functional safety, cabinet-free systems, and energy efficiency. Bosch Rexroth will also be featuring several ctrlX World application partners, whose specialized solutions are integrating with Bosch Rexroth’s open control ecosystem to further improve end-users’ specific processes.
