Volkmann USA launches two-week quick ship vacuum conveying program

Volkmann USA has introduced a Quick Ship program designed to significantly reduce delivery times for its VS Series vacuum conveying systems. The program offers delivery of a complete pneumatic vacuum conveyor in approximately two weeks from receipt of a purchase order and a 50 percent deposit.

According to Volkmann USA, the Quick Ship program is intended to help food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other manufacturers accelerate automation of powder and bulk material transfer processes. Systems ship from stock and include a Multijector vacuum pump, filter module, and filter, allowing for setup and same-day operation upon arrival.

Optional accessories, including polyurethane hose, a pressure regulator, feed elbow, and suction lance, are also available from inventory. Customers can select from multiple VS Series conveyor sizes to match a range of conveying capacities and application requirements.

The VS Series vacuum conveyor is designed for the automated transfer of powders, pellets, granules, chips, and other dry bulk solids from bags or storage vessels into mixers, hoppers, reactors, and similar equipment. The sanitary system features stainless steel construction as standard and disassembles without tools to support faster cleaning and changeovers.

Under the Quick Ship program, Volkmann USA commits to a predetermined delivery date, providing manufacturers with greater predictability when planning equipment installations or production expansions.
