Bradley Pulverizer opens expanded United Kingdom manufacturing facility
Bradley Pulverizer has relocated its United Kingdom operations to a significantly larger, modernized facility in Sittingbourne, Kent, expanding its manufacturing, testing, and design capabilities in the region.
The new 18,500-square-foot site represents a major increase in capacity compared with the company’s previous UK location. According to Bradley Pulverizer, the expanded footprint enables larger-scale manufacturing, equipment rebuilds, and full mill overhauls that could not be accommodated previously.
The facility is equipped with upgraded infrastructure, including larger overhead cranes and enhanced manufacturing resources, allowing the company to handle complete mill assemblies and heavier equipment more efficiently. Integrated fabrication and welding capabilities bring key production functions together under one roof, supporting improved workflow and turnaround times.
Bradley Pulverizer has also expanded its testing laboratory at the new site. The upgraded lab offers greater flexibility for material and process evaluation, supported by custom fume cupboards designed to improve safety and environmental performance during testing.
According to the company, the relocation strengthens its ability to serve industrial customers across Europe and the Middle East, particularly in minerals, chemicals, fertilizers, and energy markets.
The move also aligns with Bradley Pulverizer’s expanded partnership with Lancaster Products. The United Kingdom operation now serves as the official licensee for Lancaster Mixers in the UK and Europe, with plans to support manufacturing and service capabilities for both brands.
Bradley Pulverizer stated that the new facility positions the company for continued growth while improving regional support for industrial processing customers.
