BEUMER Group highlights automated palletizing and stretch hood technologies at interpack 2026
BEUMER Group is showcasing automated end-of-line packaging technologies at interpack 2026, highlighting integrated systems designed to improve throughput, operational efficiency and reliability for manufacturers.
At Stand 12E18, the company is presenting solutions covering the full end-of-line process, including filling, palletizing and stretch hood packaging. According to BEUMER Group, the systems combine automation with data-driven operational support for manufacturers in the consumer goods, building materials and petrochemical sectors.
The company will feature the latest generation of the BEUMER paletpac layer palletizer, which is designed for building materials handling applications. The system delivers throughput of up to 3,200 bags per hour while maintaining stacking precision and operational reliability.
BEUMER Group will also showcase the BEUMER robotpac system for automated palletizing across multiple product formats and industries.
Another featured technology is the BEUMER stretch hood A system, designed to improve pallet load stability and product protection during transport and storage. The company states that stretch hood technology reduces energy and material consumption compared with shrink hooding and stretch wrapping while maintaining high throughput. The system also protects goods from moisture, dirt and unauthorized access.
Digitalization and predictive maintenance will be another focus at the event. BEUMER Group’s Customer Diagnostic Center analyzes operational data from palletizing and packaging systems to identify bottlenecks, optimize throughput and support proactive maintenance strategies.
According to the company, the diagnostic platform helps manufacturers reduce unplanned downtime, stabilize operations and improve overall equipment effectiveness across end-of-line packaging processes.
“Manufacturers today are under pressure to increase performance while maintaining flexibility and reducing total cost of ownership,” said Andreas Herzog, Head of Sales Product Business at BEUMER Group. “At interpack, we will show how integrated systems, combined with data-driven services and long-term partnership models, enable our customers to achieve reliable, efficient and future-ready packaging operations.”
Visitors to interpack 2026 will also be able to learn about the BEUMER Lifetime Partner Program, which provides maintenance support, diagnostics and continuous system optimization throughout the equipment lifecycle. Additional business models, including “Rent-to-Own” and “Pay-per-Use,” are available to support long-term investment planning and operational flexibility.
