Frain Industries has opened a 200,000-square-foot OEM showroom at its headquarters in Carol Stream, Illinois, expanding access to new packaging and processing equipment for manufacturers facing extended lead times.

The facility features more than 2,000 new packaging and processing machines purchased directly from leading OEM partners. The equipment is stocked and production-ready, allowing customers to deploy systems in as little as 48 hours.

Frain Industries said the new immersive showroom enables manufacturers to see plug-and-play systems in operation, compare alternatives, and select equipment suited to their production requirements. The company’s inventory model is designed to address industry lead times that can range from six to 12 months for new equipment.

Long procurement cycles can create challenges for Consumer Packaged Goods companies responding to production increases, new product introductions, or unexpected equipment failures. By maintaining an inventory of new machines, Frain Industries aims to help manufacturers reduce downtime and keep production schedules on track.

“Frain invests in an inventory of new packaging and processing equipment to ensure our customers are equipped to compete and succeed without compromising on quality or timing,” said Chris Frain, President of Frain Industries.

To mark the opening, Frain Industries will host a reception on March 10, 2026, bringing together its OEM partners for a preview of the new showroom space.
