ALLWEILER to exhibit wastewater pump solutions at IFAT 2026 Munich
ALLWEILER will showcase wastewater pump solutions at IFAT 2026, taking place May 4–7 in Munich, Germany, including the launch of its AE-RD/RE Hopper Pump for demanding industrial applications.
At Hall B1, Booth 320, the company will present a portfolio of pump technologies designed for wastewater treatment and industrial processes. The exhibit will focus on handling solids-laden, viscous, and abrasive media commonly found in sludge treatment, transport, and flocculant dosing applications.
According to ALLWEILER, the new AE-RD/RE Hopper Pump is a progressing cavity pump engineered to process highly viscous, non-flowable, and solids-rich media. The design features a large, two-part casing, an optimized screw conveyor, and vertical inlet hopper walls to support consistent material flow without requiring separate bridge breakers. This configuration is intended to reduce system complexity and lower capital investment.
The pump also incorporates a flow-optimized stuffing box positioned between the inlet hopper and rotor-stator assembly. This design helps improve filling efficiency of the conveying elements, reduce the risk of partial dry running, and limit wear, downtime, and spare-parts usage.
In addition to the new hopper pump, ALLWEILER will display the RG Hopper Pump ZD, ALLDUR stators, ALLPRO propeller pumps, and AEB-DE dosing pumps, highlighting a range of solutions for wastewater and industrial fluid handling.
Company representatives will be available during IFAT 2026 to discuss application-specific pump configurations and operational requirements. The exhibit will emphasize technologies aimed at improving process efficiency, operational reliability, and environmental performance in wastewater treatment systems.
