Volumetric screw feeders provide sanitary, highly accurate metering of free-flowing and non-free-flowing powders. Photo shows the unit installed below a hopper metering powders into a rotary magnet to provide additional safety. Feeders are available in lengths for almost any application and in auger diameters ranging from 4 to 10 inches. All product contact surfaces are polished to a maximum 32Ra µin. finish. Features include stainless steel construction, air-purge seals, outboard bearings and a fully demountable design, allowing for easy disassembly and cleaning of all product-contact surfaces.
